AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Paid for Express Shipping, Got a 3-Week Headache 😤
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this website, because someone there doesn't give a crap about their customers. My experience was beyond frustrating, and I want to share it so you can avoid the same headache. It’s a terrible company. I ordered glasses on March 30th and paid extra for 3-5 day express shipping because my old pair broke. Day 5 rolled around, still in production. Day 10, still in production. The lack of communication and blatant disregard for their own shipping promises forced me to call them, and the conversation I had confirmed my worst fears.
Customer: Hi, my order was placed on March 30th with 3-5 day express shipping. It's been 11 days and it’s still in production. What is going on? I paid extra for a reason.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me look up your order. I do see it's still in the lab. I sincerely apologize for the delay.
Customer: An apology doesn't help me see. I paid for express shipping that I'm clearly not getting. I want a refund for the shipping fee, at the very least. This is ridiculous.
CS Rep: Of course, I can process a refund for the $10 shipping fee right now. Your glasses are estimated to ship in the next two days, but delivery will still be about 6 days after that.
Customer: So it's going to be almost three weeks? Unbelievable. This is the last time I ever use your service, and I'll be telling everyone I know to stay away.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
