My terrible online shopping experience serves as a stark warning. I felt compelled to share this because I was genuinely ripped off. This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers; they are a fraud. I paid a $19.95 "next day delivery" fee only to find my order would take 3 business days. When I tried to resolve this, their site stated “eligible for next day delivery”, yet they clearly did not provide the service I paid for. I felt forced to interact with endless automated systems, which is why I felt compelled to leave a review and eventually find a way to speak with someone.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and my order email clearly states it will take 3 business days. I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Our next-day delivery policy applies to processing time, and then transit time follows. Your order is in process. Customer: That's misleading. "Next day delivery" means the item arrives next day, not just that it starts processing. I was charged for a service not rendered. I need that fee credited back to my card. CS Rep: I can submit a request to our billing department regarding the delivery fee. They will review it, and it will be up to them to process any refund. Customer: "Up to them"? You are not providing a service I paid for! This isn't a request; it's a demand for a refund for a service failure. This is unacceptable.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of paying for services they won't receive and facing unhelpful automated systems.
