Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience I just had, hoping it serves as a warning for anyone considering ordering from certain places online. My biggest frustration came from what I consider a deceptive practice. I specifically chose and paid an extra $19.95 for 'next day delivery,' but hours after placing my order, I received an email stating that 'my order is in process and will take 3 business days.' Where is next day? This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. This blatant disregard for the service I paid for compelled me to try and reach their customer service, which turned into its own frustrating ordeal.

Customer: "Hello, I paid for next-day delivery, but my order confirmation says it will take 3 business days. I want a refund for the express shipping fee." CS Rep: "I understand your frustration, sir/madam. Let me check your order details for you. Can I have your order number, please?" Customer: "It's [Order Number]. This is unacceptable. I specifically chose 'next day delivery' and paid extra for it. Your site clearly stated it was eligible." CS Rep: "Thank you. I see your order. While some items are eligible for next-day delivery, processing times can vary. I apologize if the expectation was not clearly set during checkout for your specific order. Let me see what we can do about the shipping fee." Customer: "It was clearly stated on the site! This is why I'm so upset. I just want my $19.95 back for a service you aren't providing." CS Rep: "I hear you, and I truly apologize for this discrepancy and the frustration it has caused. I've submitted a request to our billing department to review a refund for the express shipping fee. You should receive an update within 3-5 business days."

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of paying for a service they won't receive and dealing with such poor customer support.
